Here are some answers for your most frequently asked questions. If you do not find the answer to your question, just contact me and I'll be happy to answer you!
How do I place a custom order?
To place a custom order, please visit my "How to Order" page. I
will need your design idea, your measurements, as well as your fabric
selections. The "How to Order" page will easily walk you through the
steps in placing your order. I require full payment on all custom orders
prior to beginning work.
How much does shipping cost?
I ship all of my items out priority mail with a delivery
confirmation. One single item sent priority mail (within the U.S.) with
a delivery confirmation will cost $5.00 . If you purchase more than one
item at a time, I will combine shipping costs, but please remember that
the post office charges by the weight of the package, so the cost for
shipping multiple items will be a little more. I will ship with
insurance per your request and at your expense. I will not be held
responsible for lost or stolen packages so insurance is strongly recommended.

What methods of payment do you accept?
I accept paypal, money orders, and personal checks. Personal checks
must clear before item is shipped. If you pay using paypal and you use a
credit or debit card, there will be a $3.00 charge. This charge is to
cover part of the fees I am charged by paypal, for accepting
credit/debit cards. However, if you use paypal to transfer funds already
in your Paypal account, there will be no extra charge. If you do not
wish to pay the paypal fee, you can send a check or money order. Please
do not send cash.
How long does it take to get my order?
Items purchased from the Closet will be shipped the next business
day after payment is received. (Unless you pay by personal check, then
your check must first clear) Most of the time, I can have one single
item completed and shipped within a week. However, there are some days
when I have multiple custom orders and you will have to wait your turn.
I can always give you an estimated time frame, of when I can begin your
order, when there is a wait. I will always do my best to meet your
deadlines.
What is your Return Policy?
I accept returns on pre-made items ONLY. This is only if I have
made no alterations to the item. Examples of this would be cutting the
length off any item, adding length to any item, adding appliques or
pockets...etc. You have within 2 days to contact me if you are not
satisfied with the fit, color, or for any other reason. The item must be
returned within 7 days to receive a full credit, minus the shipping
cost. The item must also look as it did when it was sent out (i.e. no
tears, stains, alterations...etc) to receive your credit. I DO NOT GIVE
CREDIT ON CUSTOM ORDERS as they are made to the measurements I was
provided with, so please double check your measurements before you place
a custom order! Thank you!
