This skirt is made up of 14 different colors of the rainbow! There are several panels which taper from the top to the bottom, so it makes the skirt less bulky around the waist.
The waist on the skirt goes out to 41 inches when the entire drawstring is let out. All seams have been serged for durability and all fabrics have been pre-washed to reduce shrinking.
